The Studio

Our studio is located in the heart of Ireland in Portlaoise, Co. Laois in Clonminam Business Park. The studio is a 2000sq ft facility that we opened in august 2009 and is one of the largest facilities of its kind in the country. We have a fully matted training area and pro shop which stocks all your martial art equipment needs.

In the studio we offer classes in Kenpo Karate forms, self-defence and weapons. We also offer classes in beginners self-defence, fitness and circuit training, kickboxing and pad work and competition sparring. We will also soon be offering classes in Yoga.

Two or three times during the year we bring in guest Instructors from Ireland and abroad to offer special seminars in something different. These classes vary on all aspects of martial arts and self-defence and are usually open to martial artists of any style/system and skill level.

If you would like to learn a new skill or indeed rekindle an old one, get fit, gain confidence or are simply curious or looking for something different then come down to the studio and have a look. You never know you might enjoy yourself and come back for more.
